Restaurant Overview

Me and Master Tea Flowers ended up in Lewisville to see Marc Ford do a little solo gig. No trip would be complete without a little playtime, so i looked for the closest spot from our hotel, and Jinbeh fit the bill. After reading up online, and looking through some of the pics from their facebook page, i was excited for the opportunity to try it out.

Restaurant Atmosphere:

Jinbeh was tucked into the corner of a strip mall. Its seems to be fairly popular with the locals, and their was a 45 minute wait. The sushi part of the Jinbeh was located in the back behind all of the Hibachi grills. It was a cozy little area, but as far as decor it was nothing to speak of.

Service and Hospitality:

Our server was awesome, even though she seemed a little loaded down, she was able to take of our table of seven with ease. Everything came out in a timely fashion. We ended up ordering alot between all of us, but noting was left behind or needed to be asked for, great service.

Jinbeh is one of those nice little local spots, if your wanting for something good and convenient this would be your spot. Expect a wait, but if you ask for sushi only they should be able to get you in without any problems. Nothing i had was overwhelmingly good, but nothing was bad either.
