It was the Showa period in Japanese history, literally "period of enlightened peace." Master Dragon was found perched atop a Cherry Blossom tree that lined the path to the Imperial Palace, in a woven basket made from the limbs of a bonsai. He was raised by a Shogun warrior and a Geisha and was a student of their perspective philosophies.
Trained in the art of the Samurai and making love, he set out at an early age to establish a name for himself. He cycled between Osaka and Tokyo working the rice fields, continuing the study of martial arts and attending school to become a Master Sushi Chef. Over the years women crossed his path many times, yet he knew his one true love would only be the creation of the perfect fish and rice combination-Nigiri.
He packed all his belongings in a sheet, threw it over his shoulder and set out on a long pilgrimage to find the best rice fields in Japan. After much searching he set up residence in a countryside, wooden floored Minka mastering his arts in solitude. Many moons passed before Master Dragon emerged a solitary figure in his white Kimono holding what legend tells us is the most divine rice to fish ratio known to man. The ideal he strove for, he labored over, he tenderly loved into existence is a standard all Master Sushi Chef's seek to emulate.
This impeccable ratio is still known only by Master Dragon himself-he vows to die by his own sword before he reveals the secret.

A Quote from Master White Tiger
“First of all, a nomad who dislikes sushi and has not put his heart in the right place even though he has been born in the house of the Nori walls, should not be reckoned among one's retainers....It is forbidden to forget the great debt of kindness one owes to his master and ancestors and thereby make light of the virtues of Nigiri and play time....It is forbidden that one should...attach little importance to his duties to his master...There is a primary need to distinguish loyalty from disloyalty and to establish rewards and punishments.”
